About the role#
We are looking for a Business Analysis Intern to join our IT/IS team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Highland Heights, Ohio. You will gain practical experience in systems analysis, design, and project management while supporting our internal business systems.
What you'll do#
- Work with subject matter experts to identify business functional and reporting requirements.
- Learn and apply interviewing and facilitation techniques to gather information.
- Create business analysis deliverables using our defined standards.
- Collaborate with the technical architecture team on complex application implementations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform unit and systems testing.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in user acceptance testing.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Business Administration or MIS major.
- Interest in systems analysis, systems design, and project management.
- Working knowledge of system integrations is preferred.
- Working knowledge of data modeling is preferred.
