About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship based at our headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. You will gain experience in the quick-service restaurant industry by working hands-on with the Supply Chain Operations team. You will contribute to meaningful projects, connect with business leaders, and build your professional network.
What you'll do#
- Support supply chain initiatives including sourcing, distribution, inventory, and operational processes.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and supply chain partners to solve business challenges.
- Monitor key performance metrics and develop reports to provide visibility into supply chain performance.
- Research industry processes and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Complete a summer project that provides value to the business.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program or graduation within the past 6 months.
- Strong academic performance and a desire to grow professionally.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels.
- A curious and proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new tools.
- Pursuit of a degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
