About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Global Operations Finance team for a summer 2027 internship. You will support the business by analyzing manufacturing trends and intercompany pricing. This role provides an opportunity to apply academic experience to corporate financial reporting and process improvement projects.
What you'll do#
- Analyze plant manufacturing costs across global regions to identify business opportunities.
- Evaluate and improve the intercompany pricing process to ensure accuracy and minimize affiliate exposure.
- Develop standardized reporting procedures for monthly and quarterly financial reviews.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.
- Identify areas for process improvement and help build action plans.
- Partner with internal operations and finance teams to support business performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Finance.
- Junior or senior status with at least two years of completed coursework.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems creatively.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Westchester, Illinois.
- The role is hybrid, requiring you to work on site 3 days per week.
- You must have reliable transportation to the facility.
