About the role#
Ingredion is seeking a Corporate Finance Intern for the Summer 2027 term. Based in our Westchester, Illinois office, this full-time role offers a hybrid work schedule. You will work within our Corporate Finance team to support financial reporting processes, gain experience with our ERP systems, and contribute to departmental projects. This internship is designed to help you apply your academic knowledge to professional financial operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles.
- Help develop standardized global SG&A reporting.
- Design and enhance Power BI dashboards and analytics.
- Provide support for SG&A-related ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
- Redesign and expand validations across interconnected documents to ensure data accuracy.
- Gain hands-on experience with the SAP ERP platform.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop actionable plans.
- Manage relationships with internal partners to support business performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a focus on Finance.
- Status as a junior or senior student.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet agreed-upon deadlines.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
