About the role#
The Enterprise Change Intern will join the Lean Operations team to support the development and implementation of company-wide lean methodologies. This role focuses on empowering frontline coworkers to drive continuous improvement, safety, quality, and affordability across Electric and Gas Operations. You will work within a hybrid environment, acting as a hands-on contributor to change management initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support and facilitate operating reviews and problem-solving sessions.
- Assist regional and functional areas in deploying core Lean tools, including standard work.
- Contribute to metrics development and data management.
- Work independently within a division or line of business to plan, prioritize, and solve problems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Management, or a related discipline.
- A cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
