About the role#
The Corporate Partnerships Intern will support the sponsorship team at Pacers Sports and Entertainment. This role focuses on game operations, event planning, and sponsorship execution. You will work directly with front office staff at Gainbridge Fieldhouse to help manage partner relationships and event activations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with general set-up duties at all Indiana Fever and Indiana Pacers home games.
- Build work schedules for game day activations and oversee partner promotions.
- Support day-to-day department tasks and projects assigned by Activation Coordinators, Managers, and Sales Directors.
- Ensure sponsorship initiatives are delivered efficiently and on time.
- Create recap presentations following events and at the end of the season.
- Learn the business objectives and brand goals for each team partner.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student in a college or university program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others, take initiative, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift light to heavy items.

- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through May).
- Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Full-time (approximately 30 to 40 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
