About the role#
Soccer Shots is looking for a Sales and Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience growing a business. This hybrid role combines digital marketing, sales, and community outreach with on-field coaching. You will help generate leads, promote programs, and track marketing results while coaching children in your local community. This is a fit for students who want to build practical skills in an active, people-focused environment.
What you'll do#
- Support marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and event content.
- Engage with prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Conduct research on the market and competitors to find growth opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing platforms and track campaign results for reporting.
- Coach 5 to 12 soccer sessions per week and substitute when needed.
- Lead structured, engaging sessions for young children to create a positive experience for families.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Energetic, organized, and reliable personality.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers, teammates, and partners.
- Comfort leading groups of young children.
- Interest in social media, digital marketing, and business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week, including Saturdays.

- Compensation: 18.00 to 20.00 USD per hour.
