About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience. You will work with children ages 18 months to 8 years old to introduce them to soccer. The position is designed for students interested in business, marketing, or operations who want to gain hands-on experience in the youth sports industry. You will spend roughly half your time coaching on the field and the other half supporting office operations.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children at various sites.
- Support marketing efforts and business operations in the office.
- Assist with community events.
- Participate in both online and in-person training.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a passion for impacting children through sports and fitness.
- You have a valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- You can pass a background check.
- You are available to work on weekends.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Relevant majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Psychology, Communications, and Kinesiology.
