About the role#
Soccer Shots is a youth soccer program focused on character development for children ages 2 to 8. We are looking for interns to gain hands-on experience in coaching, business operations, and professional development. This is a paid, full-time, on-site opportunity based in Middletown, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do#
You will balance time between coaching on the field and supporting our operations team. Your responsibilities include:
- Coaching weekly soccer sessions while maintaining safety and positive engagement.
- Creating an energetic and encouraging environment for children.
- Representing Soccer Shots as a role model and the face of the program.
- Assisting with scheduling, equipment preparation, and season planning.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and customer service tasks, including social media and parent communication.
- Helping with coach training and team meetings.
What you'll need#
We are looking for individuals who are organized, dependable, and professional. You should be:
- Safety-conscious and caring.
- Enthusiastic about working with children.
- Energetic and ready to make a positive impact.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
Location & details#
This internship is located in Middletown, Pennsylvania. The position is on-site and follows a rolling term schedule. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship.
