About the role#
Northrop Grumman is seeking Electronics Engineering interns for the Space Intern Program. This role is based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, and offers the chance to contribute to space payloads, mixed-signal electronics, and subcomponents.
What you'll do#
- Design, analyze, and test space payloads and electronics subcomponents.
- Work on printed circuit design.
- Perform simulation and analysis.
- Conduct acceptance and design verification testing.
- Analyze technical data.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Intent to be enrolled full-time in Fall 2027.
- Availability to work full-time on-site for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
- U.S. citizenship.
- An overall cumulative GPA of 3.7 out of 4.0 or higher.
- Previous internship or co-op experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Involvement in professional, community, or extracurricular activities.
