About the role#
The Business Planning & Analysis intern supports our financial forecasting and budgeting processes. You will participate in analytical activities to help improve operational efficiency and identify revenue opportunities. This is a paid, full-time summer internship for 2027 based on-site in West Trenton, New Jersey.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the monthly forecasting of financial statements.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports.
- Help prepare annual budgets for business leaders.
- Create ad hoc reports to support daily operations.
- Prepare analysis of industry data and trends.
- Participate in a team project to research and present a business question to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current sophomore or junior status pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
- An interest in the property and casualty insurance industry.

- Location: West Trenton, New Jersey (on-site).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $21 to $22 per hour.
