About the role#
As an Account Representative, you will serve as a point of contact for policyholders. You will manage inbound telephone calls and administer transactions that do not require an insurance license, focusing on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
What you'll do#
- Provide accurate and independent responses to inquiries regarding Personal Lines Insurance.
- Manage workflow transactions and follow-ups to meet performance goals.
- Maintain effective time management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
What you'll need#
- Recent high school graduate with a diploma.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attendance history.
- Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed internet.
- Previous work or volunteer experience in customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
