About the role#
NJM Insurance Group is seeking an Account Representative to support Personal Lines Insurance policyholders. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service by responding to inbound calls and managing transactions that do not require an insurance license. This is a full-time position with rolling start dates.
What you'll do#
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while interacting with customers and administering transactions.
- Provide accurate and independent responses to inquiries regarding Personal Lines Insurance.
- Manage time effectively to meet performance goals, including completing follow-ups and workflow transactions.
- Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and demonstrate strong multi-tasking and listening skills.
What you'll need#
- Recent high school graduate with a diploma.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Previous work or volunteer experience involving customer service is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attendance history.
- Ability to maintain a quiet home workspace and a high-speed internet connection.
- Bilingual skills are considered a plus.
