About the role#
The Nike N7 team focuses on empowering Native American and Indigenous youth through sport. As an intern, you will contribute to high-priority business initiatives and take ownership of a project scoped to drive impact. You will work under the guidance of senior leaders and managers to help advance the N7 mission. At the end of your internship, you will present your work and insights to N7 stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Launch, communicate, evaluate, and deliver projects that support the N7 mission.
- Manage scheduling, budgeting, and the organization of project materials.
- Facilitate communication between managers and stakeholders.
- Support meetings with partners and follow up on assigned tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or co-term master’s degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- A background in business administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of Native and Indigenous communities.
- A passion for the N7 brand and sports.
- Strong presentation, planning, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience and a focus on results.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with digital and social media marketing tools.
- Volunteer experience in community settings is a plus.
- Interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, 10-week internship.
- The role is based on-site at the Nike campus in Beaverton, Oregon.
