    About the role#

    As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on high impact projects within our manufacturing departments. This role offers hands-on experience in production methods, machines, and processes. You will work directly with our plant teams to solve problems and contribute to operational goals.

    What you'll do#

    • Rotate through multiple areas of the plant to understand the full manufacturing process.
    • Support plant team members with daily production tasks and machine operations.
    • Assist with research on new and existing projects to support decision making.
    • Tackle specific problems and develop proposed solutions.
    • Attend department meetings and collaborate across the organization.
    • Create and deliver a final presentation on your projects and outcomes to department leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • You are currently a Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or Operations or Supply Chain Management.
    • Ability to work in an environment that requires adaptability and quick action.
    • A mindset focused on continuous improvement.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with others.

    • Location: Jeffersonville, Indiana.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • This is a paid, full-time internship.
