    About the role#

    As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend the summer working directly on projects within one of our manufacturing departments. You will gain hands-on experience and contribute to our operations while working alongside our team. This role is designed for students to apply their academic knowledge to real-world production challenges.

    What you'll do#

    • Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to understand our production processes.
    • Provide support to plant team members regarding machines, production methods, and daily operations.
    • Assist with research on new and existing projects to support decision-making.
    • Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
    • Develop and deliver a final presentation to department leadership covering your internship experience and project outcomes.

    What you'll need#

    • You are a current Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.
    • You have an understanding of continuous improvement principles.
    • You are able to work in an environment that requires adaptability and innovation.

    • Location: Carolina, South Carolina.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Status: This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
