    About the role#

    This internship offers hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment. You will spend the summer working on projects that impact our operations. This is a full-time, paid position designed for students to apply their academic knowledge to real-world tasks.

    What you'll do#

    • Rotate through different areas of the plant to learn how our manufacturing processes work.
    • Support plant team members with daily production methods and machine operations.
    • Assist with research on new and existing projects to help guide decision-making.
    • Attend department meetings and use feedback to improve your action plans.
    • Create a final presentation on your internship experience and project outcomes for department leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be a current Junior or a rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
    • Relevant majors include Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
    • No prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
    • No prior experience managing people or projects is required.

    • Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
