About the role#
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on high-impact projects within one of our manufacturing departments. You will gain exposure to our operations while working alongside team members to solve problems and improve processes. This role is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through multiple areas of the plant to understand the full manufacturing process.
- Support plant team members to gain hands-on experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
- Research new and existing projects to support major decision-making.
- Develop and propose solutions to identified operational problems.
- Create and deliver a final presentation on your internship experience, projects, and outcomes to department leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are a current Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
