About the role#
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on projects within our manufacturing departments. You will gain hands-on experience by rotating through different areas of the plant to understand our production processes and machines. This role is designed to give you the opportunity to solve problems, research projects, and present your findings to department leadership.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to learn how we operate.
- Support plant team members with daily production tasks and processes.
- Conduct research on new and existing projects to support decision making.
- Identify problems and develop proposed solutions.
- Attend department meetings and collaborate with team members across the organization.
- Create and present a summary of your internship experience and project outcomes to leadership.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current Junior or a Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- We are looking for students majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- No prior experience in a manufacturing environment or project management is required.

- This position is located in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
- The role is full-time and on-site.
- This is a paid internship.
