    About the role#

    As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on high impact projects within one of our manufacturing departments. You will rotate through different areas of the plant to understand the manufacturing process and provide support to team members. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to production methods and machine operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Rotate through various areas of the plant to gain a broad understanding of manufacturing processes.
    • Assist team members with production methods, machines, and daily operations.
    • Research new and existing projects to support decision making.
    • Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
    • Prepare a final presentation on your experience, projects, and outcomes for department leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • You are a current Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
    • We are looking for students in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, as well as Operations or Supply Chain Management.
    • No prior experience in a manufacturing environment, specific job roles, or people management is required.

    Location & details#

    • This role is located in Hazleton, Pennsylvania.
    • This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
    • The position follows a rolling term.
