    About the role#

    As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on projects within one of our manufacturing departments. You will gain hands-on experience while working alongside our operations team. This role is a full-time, paid position located in Rialto, California.

    What you'll do#

    • Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to learn the overall manufacturing process.
    • Provide support to team members to gain experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
    • Assist with research on new and existing projects and support decision making.
    • Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
    • Develop a presentation on your internship experience and outcomes to share with department leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be a current Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
    • We are looking for students studying Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
    • This role does not require prior experience in the field, in a similar manufacturing environment, or in managing people and projects.

    • Location: Rialto, California.
    • Work modality: On-site.
    • This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
