About the role#
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on projects within one of our manufacturing departments. You will gain hands-on experience while working alongside our operations team. This role is a full-time, paid position located in Rialto, California.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to learn the overall manufacturing process.
- Provide support to team members to gain experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
- Assist with research on new and existing projects and support decision making.
- Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
- Develop a presentation on your internship experience and outcomes to share with department leadership.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
- We are looking for students studying Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- This role does not require prior experience in the field, in a similar manufacturing environment, or in managing people and projects.
