About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Miami, Florida. You will work on-site, rotating through different areas of our manufacturing plant to learn how we produce bottled water. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience while you contribute to real projects.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through multiple areas of the plant to understand the full manufacturing process.
- Support team members with production methods, machines, and daily operations.
- Assist with research on new and existing projects to support decision making.
- Attend department meetings and use feedback to guide your work.
- Create a final presentation on your internship experience and project outcomes for department leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a Junior or a rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- We are looking for students in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- You have a continuous improvement mindset and can work in a busy environment.
