About the role#
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend the summer working on projects within our manufacturing departments. This role offers hands-on experience in a production environment. You will work with our team to solve problems and improve processes throughout the plant.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various areas of the plant to learn our manufacturing processes.
- Support team members with daily production methods and machinery.
- Assist with research on new and existing projects.
- Collaborate and communicate with teams across all levels of the organization.
- Create and deliver a final presentation on your internship experience and outcomes to department leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Rising Senior status pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Operations Management.
- A strong continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work in an innovative manufacturing environment.
