    About the role#

    As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend the summer working on projects within our manufacturing departments. This role offers hands-on experience in a production environment. You will work with our team to solve problems and improve processes throughout the plant.

    What you'll do#

    • Rotate through various areas of the plant to learn our manufacturing processes.
    • Support team members with daily production methods and machinery.
    • Assist with research on new and existing projects.
    • Collaborate and communicate with teams across all levels of the organization.
    • Create and deliver a final presentation on your internship experience and outcomes to department leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • Current Junior or Rising Senior status pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Operations Management.
    • A strong continuous improvement mindset.
    • Ability to work in an innovative manufacturing environment.

    • Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Status: Full-time and paid internship.
    • Modality: On-site.
