About the role#
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on high impact projects within one of our manufacturing departments. You will gain hands on experience in a production environment while working toward a deeper understanding of our operations. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through multiple areas of the plant to learn the full manufacturing process.
- Support plant team members with production methods, machines, and daily processes.
- Assist with research on new and existing projects to support decision making.
- Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
- Prepare and deliver a presentation on your internship experience, projects, and outcomes to department leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are a current Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
- We are looking for students in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, as well as Operations or Supply Chain Management.
- No prior experience in a manufacturing environment, position, or project management is required.
