About the role#
This Co-Op position within the Customer Solutions MedTech Channel Operations team is based in Raritan, New Jersey. You will work full-time (40 hours per week) during the winter and summer terms of 2027, specifically from January to July. This role focuses on supporting supply chain efficiency and customer-centric operations through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data and collaborate with various teams to meet organizational metrics and individual account goals.
- Manage and strengthen business relationships while balancing customer expectations, business priorities, and internal policies.
- Identify and execute improvements for customer experience and operational efficiency across distribution and transportation functions.
- Direct and manage inquiries from internal and external business partners, including planning, commercial, and operations teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Completion of at least your undergraduate freshman year.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using data visualization tools like PowerBI.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
