About the role#
This internship is part of the Personal Systems team at HP. You will support product management initiatives for computing peripherals and software experiences. The role focuses on research and planning to help shape new products. This position is based in Austin, Texas and is a full-time, on-site opportunity. Please note that HP does not provide work authorization sponsorship for this role.
What you'll do#
- Research market trends, competitors, and user behaviors.
- Analyze data to create actionable product insights.
- Support the planning process for new peripherals and software.
- Define product requirements, use cases, and user needs.
- Work alongside teams in design, engineering, and business to build product recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Strong skills in data analysis and research.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design and UX/UI principles.
- Ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings clearly.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
