About the role#
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on high-impact projects within our manufacturing departments. You will gain hands-on experience while learning how our production methods, machines, and processes function. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing environment through direct participation in daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through multiple areas of the plant to understand the full manufacturing process.
- Support plant team members to gain practical experience with production equipment and methods.
- Assist with research on new and existing projects to support decision-making.
- Attend department meetings and develop action plans based on feedback.
- Collaborate and communicate with teams across all levels of the organization.
- Create a final presentation on your projects and outcomes to share with department leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
- Majors in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- No prior experience in a manufacturing environment, project management, or similar positions is required.
