About the role#
As a Business Intern, you will work directly on projects within a department at our headquarters. This is a full-time, paid internship where you will gain hands-on experience in your field of study. You will work with a continuous improvement mindset to develop solutions and contribute to our operations.
What you'll do#
- Work cross-functionally to complete high-impact projects.
- Assist with research on new and existing projects to support decision-making.
- Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
- Learn to communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Prepare and present a summary of your internship experience and outcomes to department leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are a current Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
- You have strong problem-solving and planning skills.
- You possess proficiency in oral and written communication.
- No previous work experience is required, though one year of previous internship experience is preferred.

- This role is based on-site in Diamond Bar, California.
- The internship is full-time and follows a rolling schedule.
