About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity for college students to gain practical experience in the broadcast media industry. You will work alongside professionals at WTNH/News 8 during the Fall 2026 semester to develop your skills in a real-world news environment.

- Assist in daily operations and participate in team meetings.
- Support news gathering activities.
- Prepare content for broadcasting.

- Current enrollment in a college or university.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in news or broadcasting.
- A desire to gain practical experience and earn credit towards your degree.
- Ability to work effectively alongside industry professionals.
- Preferred majors include Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or Political Science.
