About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will join our team in Overland Park, Kansas, for a 10-week program designed to provide hands-on experience in healthcare technology. You will work on projects, connect with company leaders, and participate in professional development activities.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and management of internal and external programs to deliver business-aligned outcomes.
- Apply best practice methodologies to program development and management.
- Take responsibility for the completion of specific program tasks and deliverables.
- Develop business processes to meet program objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups and business stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
- Create and maintain reports on program performance against defined goals.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising junior with a graduation date for a bachelors or masters degree in December 2028 or May 2029.
- A major in Business Administration.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work with various audiences.
- The ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule a high workload.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaborative skills.
- Experience with program administration, development, or management is preferred.
- Experience managing financial budgets or accounting tasks is preferred.
