About the role#
Netsmart is hiring a Program Coordinator Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time internship is part of the Futures Program, a 10-week experience that provides students with hands-on projects and opportunities to connect with leaders across the company. This role is based on-site in Overland Park, Kansas.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and management of internal and external programs.
- Apply best practice methodologies to program development.
- Complete assigned program tasks and deliverables.
- Develop business processes to meet specific program objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups and business stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
- Create and maintain reports on program performance against defined goals.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior with an expected graduation date in December 2028 or May 2029.
- You have effective communication skills and can work well with various audiences.
- You possess the ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule a high workload.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You have strong collaborative skills.
- Experience with program administration, development, or management is preferred.
- Experience managing financial budgets or accounting tasks is a plus.
