About the role#
The Technical Analyst Intern joins our implementation team to support the configuration of integrations and data exchanges. You will work between our Electronic Health Record software, third party services, and other internal systems. This is a 10-week summer program where you will gain experience in healthcare technology while working on hands-on projects alongside our consulting staff.
What you'll do#
- Configure integrations and data exchanges while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- Train staff on the features and functionality of our software solutions.
- Apply your knowledge of information technology systems, data tools, and software architecture to solve problems.
- Communicate project and task status to stakeholders.
- Work with consulting members and client representatives on a daily basis.
- Learn assigned software solutions to effectively teach end users.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising Junior or rising Senior.
- A degree path in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a similar field.
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple detailed tasks and take initiative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to audiences.
- A record of achievement in academics, internships, or previous work experience.

- This internship is located in Overland Park, Kansas.
- The role is full-time and on-site.
- This position is for Summer 2027.
