    About the role#

    You will support the growth of AmSkills by managing our Google Ad Grant. You will optimize campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure we meet all grant requirements. This role offers hands-on experience with digital marketing for a nonprofit organization.

    What you'll do#

    • Maintain and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
    • Conduct keyword research and write compliant ad copy.
    • Track metrics like CTR, conversions, and impressions using Google Ads and Analytics.
    • Prepare simple, actionable performance reports.
    • Learn and apply Google Grant policies to keep our account status eligible.
    • Assist in planning digital ad strategies and align them with AmSkills programming.
    • Support email campaigns, landing page revisions, and social media tasks.

    What you'll need#

    • You are currently pursuing or have recently obtained a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Basic familiarity with Google Ads or Google Analytics is helpful.
    • You have strong writing skills for developing ad text.
    • You are organized and detail-oriented.
    • You have an interest in nonprofit missions or workforce development.
    • You are a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

    Location & details#

    • This position is based in the Tampa, Florida area with hybrid or remote work options.
    • This is a part-time internship.
    • This role is paid via a stipend.
