About the role#
Lipscomb Athletics is looking for student workers to assist with marketing and game operations for ticketed sporting events. This position is open to current Lipscomb University students interested in gaining experience in athletic department operations.
What you'll do#
- Develop and execute game presentation scripts, manage video board operations, and coordinate in-game promotions and fan giveaways.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing, promotional, and ticket sales strategies.
- Build relationships with campus and community organizations to grow local support for athletic programs.
- Coordinate activities for the Junior Bisons Kids Club and manage external donation requests.
- Plan and execute special events like team send-offs, donor events, and fan fests.
- Design promotional graphics for email, print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Identify opportunities to showcase sponsor activations.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current Lipscomb University student.
- Genuine interest in marketing and game operations for ticketed sporting events.
- Students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Media Studies are encouraged to apply.

- This role is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
- The position is on-site and paid.
- This is a part-time student worker role with rolling start dates.
- Federal work study eligibility may apply.
