About the role#
The Strategy Team creates outcome-driven strategies and industry best practices for customers. You will work closely with this team to maximize campaign success for clients while contributing to the evolution of influencer marketing. This position provides hands-on experience in a competitive space.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Strategy team to develop influencer marketing strategies for current and prospective customers.
- Identify creators aligned with customer goals and present recommendations to clients.
- Assist in developing proposal presentations for clients.
- Create templates and playbooks to standardize and improve marketing strategies.
- Set up and manage influencer marketing campaigns within the Later Influence platform.
- Analyze campaign performance and contribute to data-driven strategy recommendations.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Provide strategic support across partners and customers as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a co-op program through Northeastern University.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for influencer marketing, social media, and entrepreneurship.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Extremely organized with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and manage priorities effectively.
- A scrappy, can-do approach.
Location & details#
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to June).
- Work Modality: On-site, five days a week.
- Compensation: $21 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid position.
