About the role#
As a Creator Campaigns Recruiter Co-Op, you will join our Campaigns team to assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing programs. This role is designed for a student looking to gain experience in the influencer marketing industry. You will work directly with our team to support client objectives and manage creator relationships.
What you'll do#
- Help execute influencer marketing campaigns by coordinating logistics, setting up campaigns, and reviewing content timelines.
- Research and identify influencers based on brand alignment, audience demographics, and campaign requirements.
- Provide influencers with guidelines, briefs, and creative assets while ensuring content is delivered on time.
- Communicate with influencers to manage recruitment, email outreach, and incentive fulfillment.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as inbox management, influencer contracting, and campaign monitoring.
- Track campaign performance metrics and assist in the creation of wrap reports.
- Learn to navigate our platform and various social media tools to support customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Affiliate, Partnerships, Global Support, and Creator Success.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A strong interest in entrepreneurship, social media, and creator or affiliate marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- You are proactive and able to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- A scrappy, can-do approach to overcoming challenges.
Location & details#
- This position is only open to students currently enrolled in a co-op program through Northeastern University.
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Work modality: On-site, five days a week.
- Term: January to July 2026.
- Compensation: $21 per hour.
