About the role#
The Data & Analytics team is implementing new techniques with strong AI backing to support the needs of the organization. As a Data & Analytics Co-op, you will work day-to-day with a Senior Analyst who manages your workload. You will help enhance our data and analytics assets to support teams across the company.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain data sources, reports, and dashboards using tools like BigQuery, dbt, and vibe code applications.
- Partner with the Senior Analyst to develop a scalable approach to analytics tools.
- Pull, validate, and structure data sets for ad hoc analysis.
- Approach business and client questions creatively to measure business impact.
- Review data for accuracy and completeness before it reaches stakeholders.
- Set up guardrails to automate awareness of known data gaps.
- Flag and resolve data quality issues.
- Communicate findings and impact to the Senior Analyst and the broader team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or a related technical field.
- Experience working in BigQuery or a comparable SQL-based data warehouse.
- Comfort reviewing and validating data sets for accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to R, Python, dbt, Omni, or Domo is a plus.
- You must be a student currently enrolled in a co-op program through Northeastern University.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Boston, Massachusetts.
- The role is on-site, five days a week.
- The term runs from January to June 2026.
- This is a paid position at $21 per hour.
- Co-ops are not eligible for company benefits.
