About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers 10-12 week summer internships within the Pharmaceutical Analysis and Digital Technology (PADT) and Large Molecule Analytical (LMA) departments. This program provides an opportunity to contribute to research projects while gaining insight into the drug development process. Interns work in laboratory settings to develop analytical methodologies for small molecules, biologics, and vaccines.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members in a laboratory environment.
- Develop novel analytical methodologies to support drug substance and product development.
- Solve challenges related to product and process characterization.
- Participate in departmental and project team meetings.
- Maintain accurate electronic notebook records of experimental details.
- Analyze and interpret research data.
- Present research findings in both oral and written formats.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD program in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical or Biological Engineering, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 2 years of study toward a bachelor's degree by June 2027.
- Strong academic performance.
- Communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a multi-functional environment.
- Preferred: A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Preferred: Significant interest in analytical sciences and prior basic laboratory or research experience.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
