About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers a 12-week internship within our Global Support Division. This full-time position provides an opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives while developing your professional skills. You will work both independently and alongside HR professionals on projects tailored to business needs and your specific interests.
What you'll do#
- Provide Employee Relations consultation to managers regarding performance management and conflict resolution.
- Participate in the execution of talent strategies, including attraction, development, and retention solutions.
- Support HR Operations through project management, strategic planning, and communications.
- Contribute to initiatives supporting the Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
- Work on projects involving compensation solutions and the application of workforce analytics.
- Assist in the planning and creation of global learning strategies.
- Provide HR Business partner support in areas such as organizational change, talent management, and analytics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Masters level program for Human Resources Management, Industrial and Labor Relations, I/O Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Completion of at least one year of coursework by the start of the internship.
- Ability to work independently and proactively ask questions to gather necessary information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is preferred.

- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time internship.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
