    About the role#

    Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health is looking for a Co-Op to join the Talent, Learning, Culture, and Organizational Development team. This role is based in Johns Creek, Georgia. You will gain exposure to core HR functions including talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement. You will work alongside HR professionals and business leaders to support initiatives that build organizational capability and future talent pipelines.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the planning and execution of strategic talent development programs and management processes.
    • Coordinate projects, documentation, and training materials for global initiatives.
    • Help plan site engagement activities, employee events, and recognition programs.
    • Assist with academic relations, including university partnerships and campus recruiting events.
    • Manage logistics and communications for the Leadership Academy and other learning programs.
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment activities for interns, co-ops, and entry-level roles.
    • Research industry trends related to leadership development and talent management.
    • Collaborate with HR colleagues on special projects and continuous improvement efforts.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university.
    • A major or minor in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
    • Completion of at least 12 credit hours for undergraduates or 9 credit hours for graduate students.
    • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with sound judgment.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
    • Willingness to complete a drug test and post-offer physical if required.
