About the role#
Mentor Technical Group is offering an internship for students who need to complete a requirement for graduation in 2026. You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations. You will work with experienced professionals and contribute to HR projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition tasks.
- Help onboard new hires to the team.
- Support the HR staff with employee relations and performance management.
- Prepare HR documentation, reports, and handle compliance matters.
- Collaborate on various HR initiatives.
- Observe the daily operations of an HR department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational habits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- This role is based in Caguas, Puerto Rico.
