About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers a 4 to 6 month co-op experience within the Research and Development Division. You will join a group focused on studying novel targets for inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to research projects while expanding your professional network.
What you'll do#
- Culture primary human cells and cell lines.
- Perform CRISPR editing and biochemical assay development.
- Conduct ELISA and cytokine-based assays.
- Manage RNA isolation and quantitative PCR.
- Execute flow cytometry, FACS, and microscopy tasks.
- Collaborate with a diverse research team on novel therapeutic targets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in biological sciences or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Basic knowledge of immunology, cell biology, and molecular biology.
- Prior experience with mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, or immunoassays.
- Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems and standard office applications.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

- Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts.
- Term: Full-time for 6 months, starting in early 2027.
