About the role#
This Human Resources Co-Op role supports the Human Pharma team in Ridgefield. You will work on projects focused on process improvement, data insights, and compliance. The primary goal is to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. You will collaborate across HR functions to gather requirements, test systems, and measure outcomes. This position requires a full-time commitment for 6 months.
What you'll do#
- Partner with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to assess HR processes and identify gaps.
- Support the design, testing, and deployment of HR technology solutions.
- Collaborate with the local IT team to execute pilot projects using Agile methodologies.
- Develop project plans, monitor milestones, and track success metrics like user adoption and efficiency.
- Create process documentation, training materials, and communications.
- Support HR initiatives including dashboards, performance management, and headcount tracking.
- Ensure all solutions comply with data privacy, security, and governance requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university.
- Completion of at least 12 credit hours for undergraduates or 9 credit hours for graduate students.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Major or minor in Human Resources, business, information systems, data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
- Ability to pass a drug test and post-offer physical if required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Interest in HR technology, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Experience with data analytics, collaboration tools, or cloud-based systems is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Ridgefield, Connecticut.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with on-site expectations of 3 days per week.
- Compensation: $20 to $30 per hour based on degree level.
