About the role#
This co-op position supports the Human Resources team for Human Pharma. You will focus on process improvement, data insights, and the responsible use of automation and AI. Your primary goal is to translate business needs into practical HR technology solutions. You will work across various HR functions to gather input and deliver tools that support the organization.
What you'll do#
- Assess HR processes to identify gaps and gather requirements for new technology solutions.
- Partner with the local IT team to execute pilot projects using Agile methodologies.
- Develop project plans, monitor milestones, and track risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support HR initiatives such as performance management, talent development, and headcount tracking.
- Define and track success metrics like user adoption, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Create process documentation, training materials, and communications to support solution adoption.
- Ensure all work complies with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
- Provide analytical and operational support for ongoing HR projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Completion of at least 12 credit hours for undergraduates or 9 credit hours for graduate students.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
- Major or minor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
- Willingness to undergo a drug test and a post-offer physical if required.
- Interest in HR technology, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with data analytics, collaboration tools, or cloud-based systems is a plus.

- Location: Fremont, California.
- Modality: Hybrid (at least 3 days per week on-site).
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Duration: Full-time for at least 4 months, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months.
- Status: Paid position.
