About the role#
This summer internship provides hands-on experience within our processing operations. You will work directly with mentors to complete assigned tasks and gain exposure to our daily environment. The program includes structured learning opportunities, project work, and regular feedback sessions to support your professional development.
What you'll do#
- Complete tasks assigned by your department mentor.
- Participate in a semi-monthly seminar series.
- Develop and deliver a final summer project presentation.
- Complete internship evaluations at the 5-week and 10-week marks.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass the Mountaire Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Majors in Agriculture, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
