About the role#
This summer internship focuses on the transition of packaging formula governance from Salesforce to Informatica Master Data Management. You will work with Master Data, IT, and business teams to help centralize data and establish a single source of truth for packaging information. This role is a full-time, paid position based on-site.
What you'll do#
- Support the migration and validation of packaging data.
- Create governance documentation and testing artifacts.
- Perform process improvement activities to increase data quality and visibility.
- Document your findings and present them at the end of the program.
- Attend a weekly seminar series held at different Mountaire facilities.
- Complete mid-way and final performance evaluations.
- Deliver a 10-minute project presentation in Millsboro during the final week of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
- Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
