About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our food and beverage manufacturing operations. You will work directly with a department mentor to complete assigned tasks and gain exposure to our work environment. This is a full-time, paid position based in Lumber Bridge, North Carolina.
What you'll do#
- Complete tasks assigned by your department mentor.
- Attend a semi-monthly seminar series.
- Develop and deliver a summer project presentation.
- Participate in internship evaluations at the five and ten week marks.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedure regulations while supporting our Goal Zero mission.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Majors in Industrial Engineering, Agriculture, Public Health, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a Mountaire Motor Vehicle Record check.
