About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for the 2027 season. You will join our Prelaunch program, a three-month development journey designed to provide foundational experience in engineering consulting. You will work alongside mentors and peers on projects that aim to deliver sustainable outcomes for our clients.
What you'll do#
- Design engineering solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
- Participate in client and project meetings.
- Refine technical designs and project documentation.
- Analyze reports and specifications.
- Explore project and client management workflows.
- Use digital tools to support innovation.
- Build professional connections through our Early Career Professionals Network.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in the field through internships, volunteering, or organization memberships.
- A methodical, pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A resilient, solution-oriented mindset.
- The ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.
- Authorization to work in the US, as we cannot provide sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Morristown, New Jersey.
- The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a regular commute to the office.
- The salary range for this position is $18 to $35 per hour.
