About the role#
This internship offers a three-month development program for students pursuing a career in environmental engineering. You will work alongside experienced consultants and project managers to gain technical experience while learning the fundamentals of engineering consultancy. This is a full-time, paid position based in Los Angeles.
What you'll do#
- Design engineering solutions and refine technical documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Analyze reports and technical specifications.
- Join project and client meetings to observe and contribute to management processes.
- Use digital tools to support innovation and sustainable outcomes.
- Build professional connections through the Early Career Professionals Network.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in the field through internships, volunteering, or organization memberships.
- A methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A resilient, solution-oriented mindset.
- The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- You must be authorized to work in the US, as sponsorship is not available.

- Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
