About the role#
This internship is a three-month program during Summer 2027. You will work alongside experienced consultants, project managers, and subject matter experts to build technical skills and develop a professional mindset. This is a paid, full-time position that does not offer sponsorship.

- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
- Participate in project and client meetings.
- Refine technical designs and documentation.

What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in the field through internships, volunteering, or organization memberships.
- Creative, methodical, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills.
- A resilient, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
Location & details#
- Location: Austin, Texas.
- Modality: Hybrid, with a requirement to work from the office at least three days per week.
- Compensation: $18 to $35 per hour, with eligibility for the 401(k) retirement savings plan.
