About the role#
The Business Intelligence team is looking for a System Administrator Intern to support CRM operations. You will gain experience with Salesforce.com administration while helping the team track customer data, pursuit efforts, and sales pipelines. This role involves working alongside a skilled team to improve business performance through technical support and process maintenance.
What you'll do#
- Maintain marketing data and administer processes to ensure data cleanliness.
- Assist with UX design and enhancements to improve how data is captured.
- Recommend process improvements based on your systems knowledge.
- Help with light CRM system design to implement technical enhancements.
- Draft technical documentation and training materials for new initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of construction and business practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (specifically vlookups and IF statements).
- Experience with PowerBI and Salesforce.com.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
